Prepare for your In-Home Grooming Appointment!
In order to make sure your pet’s grooming session goes smoothly and safely,
please review and complete the following steps BEFORE I arrive. 🐾
1. Prepare the Space
Please provide access to a bathroom with either a shower or bathtub in it and an outlet for my dryer.
Ensure the area is clean, clutter-free, and that there are no valuables in the space.
2. Communication & Safety
Please inform me ahead of time if your pet has any of the following:
Matting
Medical conditions
Fleas
Allergies
Specific Triggers
Behavioral Concerns
Sensitive Spots
3. Prepare your Pet
For Dogs:
Please ensure your dog has relieved themself before the appointment.
After I have set up my grooming space, have your dog leashed and ready so I can safely lead them to the grooming area.
For Cats:
Before I arrive, please catch your cat and either place them in their carrier or secure them in the bathroom.
Cats often hide before appointments, so plan extra time to locate and safely contain your cat.
4. Prepare your Home Environment
Please make sure all family members know that the grooming session is in progress and should avoid entering the workspace.
Dogs and Cats do best in a quiet, enclosed area, so please minimize noise and movement in nearby rooms.
If you have other pets, keep them separated from the grooming area to avoid distractions or stress.
5. Prepare Payment
Accepted Payments
Zelle or Cash only for all grooming appointments.
Have Payment Ready
Please have the agreed-upon amount prepared by the end of your pet’s grooming session.
Having payment ready helps ensure a smooth and efficient check out process after your appointment.
6. Prepare for Aftercare
Your pet may be a little tired after grooming. This is normal!
Allow them ample time to rest and decompress.
